Scope of application

Prices and payment
Prices for services are quoted in euros (EUR). Delivery charges, if any, are indicated separately in the contract. Payment must be made in the manner indicated at the time of order/contract.

All intellectual property rights relating to the services provided remain the property of Clémence Digitale. No license or right of use is transferred to the purchaser, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
